The brows are a great shape and are lasting so well, my skin is oily and Rachael adapted everything to suit my skin. I had been considering having my eyebrows tattooed for some time. I am an older women and so my apprehension was based around getting something so permanent and then not looking natural or being too dark. Now, after experiencing the results of Rachael's professionalism, precision and care I wonder why I left it so long. I felt at ease as soon as I met Rachael. Her home studio in Mount Eliza is beautifully fresh and clean. Rachael listened to my concerns and so took things conservatively. But then, after my second treatment - the perfection stage -had healed I rang Rachael saying that I felt my brows could've been darker afterall. My fault, yet Rachael had absolutely no hesitation in inviting me back to fix it. This was at no extra cost. I now have the natural look I wanted. Thank you Rachael. The other important thing for me was, unlike other artist's Rachael's after-care instructions are uncomplicated and not at all drawn out.
