Rachel is a LIFESAVER - For approx. 2 years, I was having micro-blading on my eyebrows and found that I was losing the entire pigmentation within the first month.I contacted Rachel for her expertise and was told that micro-blading was not the correct treatment for me, as my eyebrows are too thick and the pigmentation would simply just fall out (which is EXACTLY what had happened numerous times prior) - Rachel took the time to contact me and explain the reasons as to why tattooing would be the better option for me - She was more than happy to answer any questions I had too.I have now been going to Rachel for approx. 2 years and I can't recommend her enough. Rachael is not only a perfectionist in her work she also offers considered advice even to the point of not recommending or performing a service if she feels it is not right for you personally. Being a mature aged client, Rachael corrected an earlier procedure (performed at another clinic) and presented me with eyebrows to suit my complexion, age and importantly, skin condition. From consultation through to procedure Rachael was the ultimate professional, offering clear instruction on what she would be doing during the procedure and follow up aftercare service to ensure maximum results. Being 67 my eyesight is not as good as it used to be & its very difficult to do my eyeliner properly. The lovely Rachael takes care of this for me with her eyeliner tattooing done in her peaceful salon. Virtually painless & well explained by Rachael as she goes about the tattooing in a friendly calm way. I look forward to the touch ups every few years or so.
