Rachael is an expert at microblading and I felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. When I first arrived we sat down to discuss what was involved and Rachael was very warm and considerate. Her studio is very comfortable and provides a calming atmosphere. Once the outline was marked, Rachael consulted my opinion which provided an opportunity for me to see how the shape would complement my face. We chatted and laughed about all sorts of topics which made the experience really enjoyable. Once the microblading was complete, I was so pleased with the result. Written on behalf of my daughter.I lost most of my eyebrows after having chemotherapy. They were still falling out 6 weeks after chemo finished. I'm only 19 and was worried that they might look too dark and a bit thick if I had them microbladed.Rachael was very professional, I had to get a letter from my oncologist to say it was a safe procedure to have done. Rachael is very talented and I would highly recommend her if you are considering a full lip tattoo. The process was fairly painless as she makes sure you have enough numbing cream prior to the treatment. Don’t shop around - go to the best in the business. I’ve known Rachel for the past 20 odd years and can absolutely vouch for her professionalism and eye for detail. I hesitated in making a decision to have microblading for my eyebrows and top eyeliner because there was always that thought in the back of my mind ‘what if it’s obvious and not natural looking’. I can't recommend this service enough. About twenty years ago I had a lot of my eyebrows waxed off and that, coupled probably with over-plucking, meant that I looked like an alien if I didn't draw on my eyebrows every day. It sounds crazy, but my eyebrows became the bane of my existence (I know fits world problems)...but I have two small children and when I would give them cuddles and play with them they'd smudge my make up and sometimes I'd come home look in the mirror and realise I only had one eyebrow and the other had smudged across my forehead.Rachael was (is) truly amazing. She put me at ease from the get go. I should have done it YEARS AGO! Really...I know it might sound crazy but her microblading has changed my life. I don't think I truly realised how much my eyebrows affected my self confidence. I love my new eyebrows and the fact I can now rough house with my children at the park and not worry that I might end up looking like an alien 🙂

I have never been so nervous! I hate all things "needly" however, I was pleasantly surprised how comfortable I felt with Rachael. She explained the procedure would be similar to a scratch and that is exactly what it felt like, a very light scratch . When choosing an artist to do my eyeliner I did a lot of research and talked to a lot of people. One name that kept coming up was Rachael Bebe-word of mouth and the positive reviews were not wrong. I was so happy with the results with Rachael but upon healing I decided that I would like two changes. 1. A longer wing and 2. a darker thicker line. Rachael was amazing and did this for me after welcoming me back to her beautiful studio. I was worried about being a nuisance by coming back and asking for changes from my original brief but boy was I wrong. Rachael said to me that she was most happy when I was happy. I honestly had no idea how much people noticed eyebrows. After much prompting from my daughter I decided to get my eyebrows ‘done’. I did a bit of research to find someone local and decided on Rachael Bebe. Rachael’s passion and care for her trade is evident from the first contact with her. I did have my brows done and was not totally happy as I felt they were too dark but was willing to give it a bit of time to settle. During this time I had so many compliments, some from total strangers, that I was wondering how bad they must have been prior to Rachael’s artistry. What is Eyebrow Feathering?
In this day and age, eyebrows are easily one of the most important features to frame the face, and you can see proof of this by imagining what your face would look like without them! They’re a prominent facial feature, whether we like it or not and because of that, so many different methods have come about that work to darken, shape and fill in your brows. However, many of these creams, gels and pomades are time-consuming and only last for 24 hours. What if you could get natural or bold and fierce brows without all the maintenance, and that lasted for one to three years, depending on your skin type?
Say hello to eyebrow feathering — an advanced semi-permanent tattooing method that has become the latest craze in the search for the perfect brows. Gone are the days of uneven and thin brows or block brow tattoos. Finally, a new method has taken the industry by storm and set the standard in the brow trend worldwide. Previously an exclusive luxury for celebrities, this new brow procedure is now available to you!
Feather touch brow tattoo treatment is a micro-pigmentation technique. As a result, it transforms sparse brows into perfectly symmetrical arches that elegantly frame the face. Rather than the harsh block tattooing of the past, feather touch brow tattoo looks completely natural because it mimics the real brow hair. As a result, it can be individually customised. Depending on your needs, brows can be subtly coloured or completely remodelled. In addition, we intricately etch and colour each new strand by hand.
How is it Done?
Thankfully, technology has advanced and now offers the modern-day, beauty-conscious individual a better option for a fresh, natural look with a procedure that customizes their brows individually and enhances them for one to three years. The ink that is used is of a natural pigment that blends in perfectly with your hair colour, creating brows that are much more attractive but subtle in their improvement.
The technique used to tattoo the brows is called microblading (or micro-pigmentation), which is also known as 3D eyebrow feathering. It is an ancient technique that uses a fine blade rather than a tattoo gun. The microblade includes a row of micro-needles that are delicately etched into the epidermal layer of the skin using natural colouring. This technique creates fine, crisp, natural-looking hair strokes within the skin. Every brow is individually designed by hand to mimic the existing brow hairs and creatively tailored to suit the client’s face.
We provide Mt Eliza with a brow feathering service that utilises the most advanced cosmetic tattooing technique. A metal hand tool with small needles is used to create fine hair-like strokes. Then, a hypo-allergenic pigment is implanted into the skin and will generally last up to 2 years. However, results will vary depending on the client’s exposure to sun and resistance to pigment. Also, anaesthetic is continually applied to decrease any pain or discomfort during the procedure. Depending on the depth of colour requested, most people are comfortable in public within 2-5 days.

Aftercare
Keep the eyebrow and surrounding area dry for 5-7 days. This includes no swimming, saunas, steam, sweat or products on or around the area. Also, please do not use any oils or moisturisers across the forehead or eyelids. Take extra care to ensure you keep your eyebrows as dry as possible when showering. This will help the pigment settle into the skin for longer lasting results. Remove eye makeup in a downward direction on cotton pads. Finally, do not scrub or wash the eyebrows.

What's the difference between Microblading and feathering eyebrow?
Eyebrow tattooing is a cosmetic tattooing procedure that has risen its popularity over the past few years. Recently, there has been abuzz over microblading and eyebrow feathering meant to transform your natural brows into stronger, more impressive features to more flatteringly frame your face.
Microblading is a semi-permanent, eyebrow tattoo procedure. Eyebrow hairs are physically drawn on, giving the appearance of naturally full hair stroke brows. Microblading is a form of cosmetic tattooing, which creates hair-like strokes to enhance one’s eyebrow. Unlike traditional permanent makeup, this technique uses a manual tool.
